Sentencing Commission Report to Congress on (Crack) Cocaine/Mandatory Minimums

The Commission, in a May 2002 Report, Cocaine and Federal Sentencing Policy, has recommended that the threshold amounts for mandatory minimums on crack be increased to 25 grams for five years and to 250 grams for ten years. They do not recommend that the penalties for powder be increased.
